BOOKING POLICIES

To confirm your experience with Dive D Compass, it is important to consider the following policies:

Reservation Confirmation

  • An advance of 50% of the total experience is required to secure the reservation.

  • The advance payment is mandatory and non-refundable.

  • The full payment must be made before starting the activity.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance

  • The advance is not refundable; however, you can apply to reschedule the experience on another date, subject to availability.

Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance or no show

  • The advance is lost without exception.
